## Pilot data and privacy

This local pilot stores administrator accounts, uploaded media, playlists, device identity, device health and operational activity needed to manage signage. The Fire Stick stores assigned media and playlist information for playback. Remote-control access is limited to authorized CMS operators. The Nex-Gen derivative has no built-in upstream deployment-statistics collector. Email, AI and payment providers are not configured in this pilot. Contact the deployment administrator for access, retention and deletion requests. A production privacy notice and retention policy must reflect the final deployment.
